which looks like this on an assortment of celebs |
..I was NOT particularly impressed. Sure, I thought to myself, at least it's been picked up in the first place, unlike the unforgivable Christopher Kane galaxy-print fiasco. But something about stars inherently says TACKY to me. Call me crazy, call me a print snob, but that's just how it was.
Until I saw THIS fierce wee number in Look Magazine!
I don't know, I DO NOT even know why, but I knew I puuuure loved it. Still, ashameful rip off of this dress by D&G, but isn't that why folk love Primark?
Fierce!! Anyway, reader, this morning I bought it...
Blusher much, Kirsty? Jeeze. |
I know, RIGHT? So not me, but the heart wants what it wants.
Go figure.

I agree on the point about stars being a bit tacky at times. Star printed clothes remind me of clothes I had when I was around 13 or so, which was not a good period in my personal fashion history-hello Avril Lavigne wannabe!
mate i know...think stars can look crazy tacky thought i do like some of the dng collection and well...this yellow ones lovely. you look supa fly xx
I'm sorry I just can't separate star print from my emo gothic 13 year old days haha! It's one trend which doesn't suit me and I don't think it ever will. I'll stick to polkadot :) You on the other hand - that dress looks beautiful! So sunshiney and lovely! ♥
You were obviously right to buy it - it looks awesome :)
I was not keen on the star print but I tried that very jumpsuit on last week in Primarni ... knocked it back cos the mustard made me look like death ... pity they don't have other colours. Looks fab on you! xx
